Overall impact

the innovation short term effect was on the cost that used to be spent on papers for example that was reduced to less than half . same time the company is looking for a long time profit with the quality of its products and services by increasing the customer value .

it reduced some of the cost that were spent . same time increase the employees and management the feel of responsibility toward their environment
