The Flourish Prizes are the culminating celebration of each year's work through AIM2Flourish, a global learning initiative of the Fowler Center for Business as an Agent of World Benefit. These awards honor outstanding stories of business innovation that demonstrate how today's leaders are creating positive social and environmental impact, and how tomorrow's leaders are being inspired to do the same.
AIM2Flourish equips business students around the world to explore a powerful question: What is the world calling you to do? Grounded in the transformative method of Appreciative Inquiry and viewed through the lens of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, students partner with professors to identify and publish stories of real-world innovations that advance both economic success and human flourishing.
In 2025, students and professors from universities across the globe published 407 innovation stories on AIM2Flourish.com, each showcasing a business actively helping shape a better world. From this remarkable collection, our team at the Fowler Center conducted a comprehensive evaluation process to select the most inspiring examples for recognition.
The 2026 Flourish Prizes are awarded under five thematic categories:
💚 Health, Well-being, and Human Development: Recognizing initiatives that improve health outcomes, promote wellness, and ensure access to essential health services and clean water
🤝 Sustainable Societies and Economies: Highlighting projects that drive economic growth while ensuring social equity, inclusivity, and sustainable industrial practices
🌱 Climate Action and Environmental Regeneration: Commending efforts that protect the environment, promote sustainability, and combat climate change
📚 Social Inclusion and Innovation: Acknowledging innovations that foster social inclusion, equality, and community development
🚀 Catalysts for Change and Collaboration: Recognizing businesses and organizations that act as enablers of positive impact through strategy, consulting, and partnerships
These categories celebrate the diverse ways that businesses, from startups to multinationals, are contributing to the Global Goals through innovation, inclusion, and long-term vision. Behind every winning story is a student who asked the right questions, a professor who guided the inquiry, and a business leader who opened their doors to share what is possible.
We invite you to explore the winning and finalist stories, follow the celebration on social media with #FlourishPrizes2026, and join us in recognizing the professors, students, and changemakers shaping a more sustainable and equitable world.
