CICE, Sustainable Commitment

Inspiration

Transender as a company, as it says in the interview that "for eight years we have been certified as a socially responsible company and to achieve this certification we comply with certain requirements of the SDGs, especially the 8 of sustainable work, the message we seek to leave to people working within our values as a company," that is, they seek ways to update and be a socially responsible company. To each and every one of them, we send a special acknowledgement for their invaluable participation as part of our value chain and social responsibility, which has allowed us to permanently adapt our services to the needs of our customers.

Overall impact

We are in our third year of adherence to the principles of the Global Compact, reiterating our commitment to report on the progress of our sustainability objectives. Among the pillars on which our management is based, a firm commitment to ethical principles, good governance and transparency, this was achieved through specific objectives such as: We conducted integrated campaigns to provide identity and permanence to each of the values, as a result we collected a testimonial video to know the perception of values in random groups of collaborators. Through a benchmarking exercise between the codes of ethics of leading CSR companies and CICE's code of ethics, we were able to determine improvements that materialized in the update of our code for 2019. Likewise, we include the recommendations made by Deloitte regarding best ethical practices.

Business benefit

Regarding CICE's participation in social matters, the group works through Fundación CICE, A.C. Their main objective is to support marginalized groups in the community; covering economic, health, education, and any other aspects, as well as supporting other institutions that are authorized donors, through programs and collaboration agreements.

Social and environmental benefit

There is training for the personnel of the different facilities in waste management, air care, water use, energy, and flora and fauna. This training is given through electronic media, workshops, events, and on-site talks.
