I interviewed Rick, the Nutrition Smart Pembroke Pines store manager.

"Nutrition Smart is a health food store that provides natural organic foods and high-quality pure vitamins and supplements to our valued customers. We bring to market the newest and most advanced products promoting good health and nutrition. At a Women’s Wellness Event in Miramar on January 15, more than 60 women joined together for a presentation by health care professionals over a delicious lunch from the Miramar Hilton Garden Inn. The panel of speakers included Laura Powell, field marketing manager from Nutrition Smart.

Laura spoke about the benefits of including healthy fats, probiotics, and smarter splurges in your diet. Laura stressed that there are certain whole foods that not only increase productivity but also decrease stress. Other presentations focused on the benefits of eating whole foods, the healing properties of essential oils, and the ways in which acupuncture can reduce stress.
