The products are very fresh and some products, such as masks, have shorter expiration dates than traditional ones. Company spokesperson Carol Lim said, "Helping people have healthy skin is amazing." The company has strict procedures to ensure that the products customers buy are safe and of good quality.
People are more aware of natural cosmetics and are increasingly willing to use cosmetics with natural and non-toxic materials including bath soaps. Therefore, the owners of the company decided to create a line of organic soaps with no chemicals. "We wanted to establish a company to satisfy the customers and meet the requirements of the society," Lim noted.
The products have a good influence on the environment since the soap materials are natural and environmentally friendly. The company also tells customers about the benefits and positive influences of natural soaps on the community and the environment. This helps people become more aware of sustainability issues. While the company is not 100% sustainable, Lim said they are trying to make it a more sustainable business.
