"We wanted to change that by giving them tools to grow more and earn more." 

He explained that the inspiration was rooted in both empathy and a sense of responsibility. He shared that "Our founders believed that if we could merge science with compassion, we could change millions of lives," Vivek added, "Seeing farmers' lives improve, families can afford education, better homes, and stable food supplies, reminding the team daily of their purpose."

The sense of purpose and connection to rural communities has shaped VNR's corporate culture. "When a farmer tells you that your seeds helped him send his child to school, that's when you know you're doing something meaningful," Vivek concluded.
