At almost 16 years of service, Dan Cohen, Vice President of Quality Management at Broadridge, began working at Broadridge as an intern while attending Graduate school. He joined a management training program, which allowed him to observe different areas throughout the company. Dan spent about 6 to 7 months working as an intern until he was allowed to work with them in a full-time capacity. With the support that Broadridge offered him, he was always destined for a leadership role. After earning more of his stripes, he was offered a role where he was to build Broadridge's novel Quality Organization department from the ground up.
