Summary

Force & Brothers is a consultancy agency that started to work in 2017 in Istanbul. The general manager names his story as "A path from individual consultancy to collective teams". This consultancy agency was created by a dream: to have a domestic consultancy agency in Türkiye. This company solves complex problems with the most realistic and most beneficial solution rather than giving utopic solutions that would not be applicable due to capacity of the foundations they are working with. Innovation

For Force & Brothers, innovation is a never-ending thing, it is always in service. The company defines itself as a “Project company”, which means it does not just generate reports but designs and implements real-world solutions that respond to the unique contexts of local communities. They make an impact around Türkiye, and will make an impact around the World with their plan to open branches in different countries, by working on projects with both governmental and private sector partners.

As demonstrated by their participation in the Şehit Ercan Sanca Primary School project in Adana, Force & Brothers has made a significant contribution to improving educational institutions in Turkey. As part of the Ministry of National Education's General Directorate of Construction and Real Estate's educational infrastructure efforts, this school opened for classes in September 2023. The European Union provided financial support for these projects, which were funded by FRIT and MADAD funding. For the project, Force & Brothers offered full visibility and communication services, guaranteeing efficient information sharing and stakeholder participation. Through improving access to learning opportunities for children in the area, their efforts not only helped the school open successfully but also made a positive impact on education more broadly, which is in line with SDG 4: Quality Education.

One of their most significant innovations is the Kimya Teknoloji Merkezi (Chemical Technology Center) in Istanbul, created with support from Türkiye’s Ministry of Trade and IKMIB. By offering 209 different test and analysis services, including 39 tests previously unavailable domestically, KTM significantly reduces the need for international testing. This localization not only saves Turkish exporters approximately $12 million annually but also shortens testing durations by an average of seven days, enhancing the competitiveness of the national chemical sector. Beyond economic benefits, KTM contributes to SDG 13: Climate Action by minimizing carbon emissions associated with international sample transportation and by promoting sustainable practices within the industry. The center's establishment fosters scientific advancement, supports local employment, and positions Türkiye as a regional hub for chemical testing and innovation, thereby driving both environmental and societal progress.

Technological innovation is also embedded in the company’s structure. With their AI tool, Docus


mart AI Force, the company transforms long-form consulting processes into short ones. Tasks that once took seven days can now be completed in two hours, with the right prompt, thanks to the AI being educated with the necessary information beforehand. Their AI assistant has eliminated the need for traditional “junior staff” in the company, enabling rapid scaling and better services to their clients. With this technology it will become easier to find and apply the solutions they want in the future.

One of their innovations concerning the SDG 5: Gender Equality, is their project named “İnovasyonda Kadın” (Women in Innovation), which is one of Türkiye’s most comprehensive programs supporting women in entrepreneurship and innovation. It is developed in partnership with KADEM and funded by Istanbul Development Agency. This program aims to eliminate barriers that limit women’s participation in the innovation economy. Since its launch more than 2000 women have applied, and more than 200 of them received intensive training in numerous areas. This project also contributes to the Türkiye’s entrepreneurship ecosystem with 36 venture and 6 entrepreneur.

Inspiration

The main inspiration behind this company is to create social value. The company is aware that in order to be a sustainable business it is essential to make a profit. However, the underlying motivation is to solve complex problems with innovative solutions, and touch lives. When they first became a company one of their goals was to become a national consultancy firm in Türkiye. However, the general manager Mr. Dinç states that in order to become a national firm you have to make a difference and make a name for yourself in the global arena. To achieve this goal they have opened a new Office in Belgium and are planning to open three more offices in different countries of Europe, and already conducted projects in countries like Azerbaijan, Jordan, Albania and Romania. It can be seen that in their projects, they are aiming to achieve that social value. They have given solutions to problems with women, children, the general health state of people, stray dogs and many more that need a hand. This spirit of goodwill and ambition to hold the hands of unfortunate groups of people can be felt all across their offices from general manager to secretary. Isn't it always the inner emotions of people that shape the work they do? Sometimes you come across a complex matter that needs a solution. This team can give you the solution that will work. Mr. Dinç added, “Change doesn’t always come from looking outside; sometimes you have to look within”. They are working hard for other people from other countries but at the end of the day when it comes to their own country, to put a smile on the faces of people, to preserve and protect beautiful nature they give a hundred and ten per cent.

As mentioned earlier Force has a spirit of helping people, saving animals and keeping nature green and breathing. In their projects, they are aiming for maximum benefit. A bright light can be seen in the eyes of the team. A light that shines on and on. Force & Brothers has been a driving force behind inclusive and sustainable development across Türkiye. Since 2015, the company has supported or implemented more than 30 large-scale projects across key areas such as education, employment, public health, gender equality, refugee integration, and green transformation - reaching hundreds of thousands of people. In education, their efforts helped construct 321 schools in 19 provinces, creating the possibility to teach over 230,000 children, many of whom are Syrian refugees. Alongside infrastructure, they ran public awareness campaigns to support school enrollment and social cohesion among host and migrant communities.

In the field of women’s empowerment, Force & Brothers backed 2,350 aspiring female entrepreneurs through the “Inovasyonda Kadın” program. Among these, 204 women received in-depth training, and 6 secured start-up investments. Through the EU-funded “Coding4WIN” project, they are also addressing digital inequality by helping women aged 25 and over gain coding and ICT skills across Türkiye, Greece, Cyprus, and Portugal. Their work in employment includes vocational programs and job-matching services that have helped thousands of disadvantaged individuals, especially refugees and low-income citizens - prepare for and access the labour market. Flagship initiatives like the Pendik Competency and Employment Center and the Denizli Technology Development Zone are now strengthening regional capacity for workforce development and innovation.

Force & Brothers contributed to the installation of 20 megawatts of solar power capacity on and around schools and completed energy efficiency upgrades in 15 educational buildings.
