AAI has a variety of business areas such as Education, Agricultural and Plantation, Book Publishing and Media Unit (Broadcasting) which are integrated. In Agricultural aspect:

- Using compost / manure for rice cultivation (eco green)

- Every 3 years of harvest, the land rested for lower levels of acidity, replaced with legumes

- Doing Intensification by technology development such as cultivation, post-harvest processing, packing processing, and using mechanization drying technology (heater blower), so that despite the rain, grain quality is maintained and excellent

In Education aspect:

- Educational cheap but still qualified, even several children who less disadvantaged do not pay at all

- E-learning system

- Adopted the competency-based curriculum

- Adopted the curriculum 2013 version of the Ministry of Education and Culture

- Less paper, children have become accustomed to learn not using the book

In Printing and Media aspects:

AAI has future plans such as increasing the area of the ​​land, intensifying the technology development in Logistics aspect (Supply Chain), creating a school to higher level (from elementary to university), integrating education with the agriculture science both in formal and informal education, develop “ecotourism” program in the institution area by sharing profits with the community, and also development of media like online news & TV-streaming, which is integrated between formal and informal education

Inspiration

Obtained from his father, who was a farmer, a person who would never let the soil be abandoned, "Encouraging people around the area to jointly show kindness to the society, in order to obtain blessings in this world and the hereafter". He felt responsible to humanity not only in education but also pay attention to the preservation of nature and while still getting profit

-Inspiration also come when the founder did a benchmark at Wine plantation in Korea, he wants to integrate the Agriculture aspect while maintaining education (competency-based) although his educational background is in Chemical Engineering

Overall impact

1. & 2. No Poverty & Zero Hunger : encouraging local community to get a job. Bringing local communities with low income, have no assets, have no land, but have the skills to manage large farms around ​​5 hectares, each hectare is managed by one family. Production costs and other costs funded by the foundation. Yields are divided between AAI and community who manage it, respectively 50%. People who previously did not have the capital and get loans from foundations, will be able to pay it back without any interest

4. Quality Education : teaching disadvantages children to get better education. Since its establishment in 2007, there are 20 students who already graduated from senior high school. Currently, the total student amounts to approximately 130 people. The foundation will still accommodate any student who wants to learn but less capable

Decent work and economic growth : By doing profit sharing program, it will be beneficial not only for them who works there, but also their families, their communities and the economy, since the foundation and the community are also obliged to pay zakat (a religious obligation or tax in Islam religion)

10. Reduces inequality within and among countries : it is not only helping local communities (people and children) but also the government as national food security, and increasing the competence of the farmers in doing agriculture

Education and food is an important things in one’s life. Food prices will never go down, it will be always rise. Nobody in this world who do not need food, but if we stay put through improvement and innovation in seeds, a good methodology and technology, it would definitely able to produce high qualified yields that will be given profit for us. The foundation already get cooperation with several rice distributors, Bulog (food agency in Indonesia) and supermarkets. This agriculture participated in contributing to food security on a regional basis (Banten). Agriculture is fully support the foundation in implementing education programs and also for humanity

Benefit for Community:

1. An affordable and open foundation is provided to educate the young people who have balance mentality between the intellectual and spiritual mental aptitude and and raise up young generation who capable in adapting to the environment, skilled, and free from poverty and ignorance

2. Create Jobs, a foundation provides lots of beneficial by encouraging local communities to jointly manage the farm

3. Give children and people better knowledge, dignity, pride, to have a better chance in life

1. Helping the government in national food security in the province of Banten, and decent work and economic growth
