Yes. AIM2Flourish recognition will be given to innovations representing each of the 17 Global Goals from companies of all sizes.

Each year, we convene a distinguished panel of Jurors who help select the winners. The Jurors include industry experts, academic scholars, and previous Flourish Prize winning business leaders.

Innovations from each of the 17 Global Goals will be recognized - one company will win for each Global Goal.

We inform about our Flourish Prizes through emails and newsletter. They are celebrated through our social media posts across various platforms. Please visit our website, Facebook and Instagram for more information.

Every year, the Flourish Prize process is conducted from January till June. All stories submitted during a calendar year (January 1-December 31) will be eligible for the next year's Flourish Prizes. If you are interested in potentially winning a Flourish Prize please make sure your story is published by December 31.

The annual Flourish Prizes celebrate business leaders from each year's 17 best-of-the-best AIM2Flourish stories, as well as the Professor and student author(s) who wrote each of the winning stories.

AIM2Flourish is the world’s only global professor-facilitated curriculum for teaching about business innovations that benefit humanity and help achieve the UN Global Goals.

AIM2Flourish is also the only initiative that uses Appreciative Inquiry (AI) and in-person, inter-generational interviewing as core to the process. The Appreciative Inquiry interview is at the heart of AIM2Flourish. We believe that inquiry and change are a simultaneous event that transforms both parties. Relationships matter because they build social capital. It’s easy to fill a room or a site with content. We’re creating an engagement platform that lifts up stories about business innovations to inspire others in a way that builds a community of relationships and a social capital that reverberates beyond the initial experience.

There is a magic that happens with Appreciative Inquiry (AI) interviews that can’t be replicated in any other way. It changes the participants in the conversation, and has the potential to change lives. The power of the AIM2Flourish process resides in this possibility of relationships, inspiration, and transformation that come into being in a deep, AI-based conversation. The discovery process, the interview process, and the review create unique opportunities for students from around the world to have close contact with, learn from and be inspired by powerful local leaders who consciously design and run profitable companies that support flourishing communities and the world.
