The core idea of UWILL was to make a business club on payment basis just for women, because there was a demand for such a community, as other business clubs involved mostly men. The founder of the community wanted to empower women and give them more opportunities through UWILL society and nowadays it is a growing and prosperous community.
UWILL project contributes to the 5th SDG implementation, specifically, to its 5.5 Target. Its goal is to ensure women’s full and effective participation and equal opportunities for leadership at all levels of decision-making in political, economic, and public life.
The key of the innovation of the project as the business is that it’s concentrated on the value of developing community and at the same time attracting investments from advertising and outside investors. As the project has a big audience of women there are membership plans for both women who just started their business with no funds and platinum membership for those who want to extend their power and at the same time are willing to pay. UWILL profits off partnerships and sponsorship deals from all over the world. Having offices in multiple locations helps UWILL to generate revenue in more than one country. Besides, it is worth to note that both the regular and the Platinum membership programs require a fee from its participants in order to benefit from the platform. Considering how many women participate in activities organized by UWILL and are members of the community, it is safe to say that the business is profitable and has enough resources to carry on its purpose of empowering women all over the globe.
We had an opportunity to speak to the co-founder of UWILL Julia Titova, and that is what we found out in the discussion. Today it is easier for a small business to develop with considerable investments in marketing. People survive on good acquaintances and support from each other within small communities. UWILL is an educational project, which unites women, regardless of their level of earnings or education.
“Business is also about being happy, having family, supporting each other, and growing together with the values we have”, - Julia said.
At the moment, few projects are supporting the initiatives of women, in particular those who have moved to other countries. In UWILL, events are held in Russian in 46+ countries, specifically targeting women in emigration. For instance, there are a lot of women's forums in London, but Russian-speaking women may not be able to participate in them due to nationality, the language they speak and the fact they are women. Hence, mutual assistance is key: UWILL encourages participants to engage in each other's projects, and help with advice.
As a Russian woman living for 12 years in London, Julia realized that there is no place or community where women can not only connect but also support each other with their ideas or projects they are doing. The main motivation was to assist and bring together women who lacked this support. “During all my life I’ve been connecting people and business with the meaning of changing this world into a better place, and I truly believe that 1+1 is not equal to 2, but to 11”,- Julia said.
She came up with the idea to connect powerful and ambitious women by conducting networking events for Russian-speaking women. All of them were fascinated and passionate about their ideas. Within years events were held around the world connecting Russian-speaking women.
The UWILL project is aimed at uniting thousands of Russian-speaking women from around the globe to allow them to grow personally and professionally in their area of interest. In a highly gender-segregated world, and a condition of emigration, women need to have such support.
Julia Titova herself truly believes that “together we really can make a difference to this world.” And she is “connecting the ladies with passion, with power, with the idea, those who would love to make this world a better place for future generations.”
In just under a month within the community, more than half of the women note that they were able to progress significantly within their desired field. That is a great impact, as women empowered by this initiative will continue making an impact through their projects, initiatives, and business ideas.
Aside from positive impact through business projects realized by its participants, UWILL is making impact at large, continuously breaking down the glass ceiling and shortening the gender gap so wide-present in the business community nowadays.
Women empowerment affects human population regardless of gender, seeing how more female leaders signify for less violence, dropping criminal rates, and improved healthcare, environment, and access to basic human rights in the countries under female leadership. Businesses led by women also tend to perform better and yield more profit overall.
UWILL genuinely helps women in achieving their current business objectives. In Dubai, Julia and members of her community with the help of the team managed to organize a complex event, even despite the tight deadlines and external problems, they were able to hold it successfully.
It’s 2022, and the influence of networking and the abilities that open up with the addition of the forces of people connected by a common interest are paramount; business processes are easier and the best solutions are found by joined forces. This in return makes the business more successful.
Self-development by educational programs of UWILL also make an eco-impact on the work perspectives of the women that are members at UWILL.
Every week masterminds of specific business difficulties occur, UWILL participants have access to more than 120 events annually and the opportunity to promote through thousands of successful members helps to boost any business to a very high standard and revenue level.
United Women’s Intelligence provides access to a wide range of programs and sessions all aimed at women empowerment. UWILL organizes offline and online events throughout the whole world. They make fashion shows, women leadership forums, and round tables for their participants and influential people from all walks of life.
To enlarge their impact, UWILL ensures that every participant has access to personalized consultancies with successful women, as well as thought leaders, and access to its extensive library of useful knowledge materials. All with the aim of educating its participants pool and allowing them to prosper in the field of their choosing.
Besides, they have recently launched their very own MBA program in the UK, giving women access to a formal education if they wish to pursue it. All these instruments, as well as the community itself and UWILL library, allow women to actively participate in the corporate and public spheres.

UWILL is a community for personal and business development, and personal brand growth in the context of a successful international project.
In our world, where it is difficult to overcome such barriers as gender, culture and language, especially for Russian women in business, UWILL is a community for personal and business development, and personal brand growth in the context of a successful international project. It encompasses networking, personal and business growth activities aimed at that exact demographic.
