Wired To Win initially came together as an out-of-the-box personal planning tool in 2018, after Tennison and Yetunda Dixon aggregated the personal development training resources provided to them by Apostle Courtney McLean. Their partnership has since produced three (3) other planners and resulted in the authorship of over 20 books - which has facilitated the creation of transformational income and human impact for their Wired To Win certified coaches.

In 2020, Wired To Win was formally launched as a transformational personal development service offering access to their "out of the box" tools and support for achieving greater business and or life success, which included the Wired To Win Planners, Coaching, Mentorship, and Motivational Speaking Engagements. Having a strong foundation within the church that is led by Apostle McLean, Wired To Win included a social entrepreneurship development option. Members of the church are provided the opportunity to develop their entrepreneurial capacity and or help others develop themselves through the successful Wired To Win system.

Eventually, as more coaches became certified through the system, entrepreneurial-minded individuals from diverse walks of life, denominations, and countries began being coached through the Wired To Win system. The Wired To Win organization also provides an online platform through which their coaches and their businesses are promoted. One highly successful example of this is a coach whose initial interest was teaching authorship and publishing as a business. She was coached through actualizing her business dream, and she has since supported the writing and publishing of 20 books by members of the "Wired To Win" organization. "Wired To Win DNA Coaching" now has active coaches in over 10 countries.

Inspiration

People helping people to transform their capacity and make a greater difference sits at the heart of the passion driving the Wired To Win leadership team and coaches. This passion was heard in the mission shared by its lead founder, Courtney McLean - "to eliminate poverty and restore people's dignity". He believes that with the right mindset and support all individuals can transform their lives to live prosperously and have a greater impact than most currently think is possible.

While the Wired To Win services has supported the creation of many businesses, its fundamental goal is to see each individual achieve their life dreams and be spiritually or purposefully transformed during the process - allowing them to become an inspiration for others to go on a similar journey of transformation. Their innovation has impacted lives in several countries, and their leadership team is hopeful that Wired To Win will become a global resource that transcends generations in its transformative impact.

Overall impact

In the three years since its launch the "Wired To Win DNA Coaching" program has trained and maintained over 100 active coaches, who have in turn used the Wired To Win Planners to coach over 2000 individuals to achieve their business and life dreams across 10 countries. The local impact of the Wired To Win program resulted in it being featured in communications from Jamaica's leading bank - The National Commercial Bank.

During the interview with the Wired To Win leadership team, several stories of the transformational impact of the "Wired To Win DNA Coaching" program were shared. Two, however, stood out above the other for me. First was the highly successful participant, whose initial interest was teaching authorship and publishing as a business. She was coached through actualizing her business dream, and she has since supported the writing and publishing of 20 books by members of the Wired To Win organization. The second inspirational story was about a woman who initially did not have the finances to enter the program, however she was allowed to do so through the church's social entrepreneurship opportunity. She has since become one of their best coaches and has inspired hundreds of people to pursue and achieve their dreams - paving her path to becoming financially stable and married.

An impact that is close to me is that of my wife. She was the first to share her testimonial with me about the impact of the "Wired To Win DNA Coaching" program. The program provided her with the support she needed to improve her organizing skills and overcome a frustrating problem she had at work. As a teacher, she had challenges navigating her expanding duties in 2021. She was introduced to the program through her church by Apostle McLean. She shared the great satisfaction she had with the quality of the coaching and the results the Wired To Win Planner was able to help her achieve.

Business benefit

The Wired To Win system currently generates approximately 50% of the revenues of Courtney Mclean SMS Enterprise and is set to be its largest source of revenues as it becomes expanded with more areas of training and is ultimately to be developed into a form of university.

The "Wired To Win DNA Coaching" certification program has also created a multiplication effect for Apostle McLean. Apostle McLean was the center of his speaking, mentorship, and coaching business before the launch of "Wired To Win DNA Coaching". He has since been able to expand his reach to over 10 countries and touched more life than was possible by himself alone. He now has a staff complement of 5 members that supports the development and reach of the Wired To Win system.

Social and environmental benefit

Wired To Win as a social entrepreneurship system provides a transformational means for entrepreneurial-minded Jamaicans (and beyond) to become coached in developing their coaching business and in turn, support others with similar interests to develop their businesses. The system does not take any commissions from the businesses of the coaches they empower to develop; however, coaches are invited to continue to build their competence in coaching through routinely hosted training conferences. As Jamaica strives to reduce unemployment and crime, while enhancing our economic and spiritual development, the Wired To Win system is a positive contributor to closing these gaps in our country.
