In collaboration with IT start-ups, Sura has developed a large portfolio of services by digitizing services and platform development easily accessible to the entire population and internal customers. For example, employees now have investment and retirement services available via apps on their mobile phones, allowing for greater flexibility and efficiency without carrying out these services in person.

Having expanded collective knowledge and professional experiences, these implemented processes have greatly benefited Sura and the aforementioned start-ups.
