The innovation is based on the development of detailed and orderly planning for the execution of activities within working hours, generating an environment of discipline, increasing efficiency, and preserving the place or area where work is done since, with the correct functioning of the operating crew, processes that can take certain hours, can be reduced in time by the quality of work and development of activities according to the planning reports, which generates less pollution, more preservation of the environment and better use of time. This definition becomes more interesting when considering the type of company that PEMEX is, which has as its primary objective to focus on refining, transformation, processing, importing, exporting, commercialization, elaboration, and sale of hydrocarbons, petroleum products, natural gas, and petrochemicals.

In a company that has so much environmental impact and, therefore, in the future and the integrity of the development of the country, it is essential that the activities carried out within the working hours are performed in the best way, without delays, and without accidents, working in very complicated conditions for people who are not trained, and any error or uncertainty within the activities of the company can generate enormous consequences as it can be unimaginable pollution, so it will always seek the best resolution of processes to ensure the operation within the implicit ethics involved.

Innovation is focused on preserving order and managing large groups of people in the development of activities, in addition to the contemplation of planning that generates a significant change in the development of processes within companies. Planning indirectly causes discipline, which will facilitate the concentration of tasks to work on them until their completion. The main focus of innovation is on the correct use of resources in the proper use of time to highlight the explicit and implicit advantages of efficiency in work activities. Invention and its basic idea take a significant role in a company's processes.

The use of detailed and orderly planning formats for the management of activities and efforts made by workers comes from and is based on the fact that contexts, internal or external, can be analyzed, elaborating objectives according to the analysis to be made to subsequently design strategies and action plans to reach the goals set more simply and effectively.

Obed Aguas commented: "Efficiency is critical in my job, and many values have been lost with today's workers. People no longer care about being efficient and attentive to the work, and that is a big problem since, as a leader, you must always look for the job and activities to go ahead, and this becomes even more important when you have a time limit to get things done; We who focus on the repair of oil wells, always seek to be fast, but not neglecting the quality, and that is what has made us stand out, but when you notice that change of attitude with the passing of generations of workers, methods that previously would not have been thought of implementing, have to come to light, to preserve that Efficiency, order, and understanding of responsibilities within a business that ends up being very important in the development of the country.

Therefore, within my work team, upon noticing that impudence and disinterest in doing things correctly, daily planning formats were established, which, in detail, explain each of the objectives to be achieved, which ensures that items are carried out promptly, motivating workers to collaborate as a team, and thus being able to show them the benefits of an activity with more time, rather than less, denoting the quality in the development of activities and processes within a work group."

The analysis of the external and internal context is established, objectives are elaborated according to the study made, and based on that, strategies and routes of action are developed to reach the set goals. Within these benefits, we cannot forget the fact that orderly and established planning forces the managers of a company to think and act systematically and strategically since designing powers to visualize the company as a whole, generating a reflection of the adequacy of resources and capabilities of the company itself, with a focus on future growth.

Planning is about defining each step to accomplish achievements towards much larger goals. Planning allows us to prevent problems that may arise or to have time to solve and overcome any adversity outside the established conditions. Planning and goal setting has a lot of power in communities; concentrating on the tasks stipulated in a plan will avoid distractions in the necessary actions of development toward a goal. I have a program that allows for increased productivity by eliminating distractions and focusing only on the tasks that will bring people closer to accomplishing goals.

Planning fosters the habit of self-discipline, which helps by making it easier to focus on a task and work on it until it is accomplished. It is much better to establish priorities and avoid interruptions that take a person's concentration away from their rhythm of development.

Establishing these actions and philosophies in communities and individuals will prevent us from being too distant and dispersed in the objectives that society wants to improve the world; we will better establish our goals, allowing us to reach the objectives of sustainable development more simply. If we are not aware of the planning we have developed, we will not be active participants in change, which can mean a delay in meeting the goals set by the UN. The approach set out in this note allows us to see beyond the general and earthly, to be influenced towards positive thinking, with positive actions, and with an approach that goes beyond an act, but rather, that is related to a way of acting, which indirectly encompasses much more than a simple point to highlight.
