T2M Global's innovation works with hydrogen fuel cells to make more efficient use of energy in the business world. This aims at combating environmental issues and promoting more sustainable businesses and cities.
The business innovation that T2M Global has worked to establish is the use of W.H.O.P. technology, which is osmotic power technology that’s designed to conserve energy in businesses, to both help the business save money while promoting sustainability and clean energy. Though there have been many inventions and innovations aimed towards improving waste emissions, T2M Global has not only put their focus on further innovating sustainability, but also towards working with other companies to integrate it into the market. This helps companies transition into using more sustainable power, thus promoting the spread of practicing eco-friendly activities. The innovation emerged once T2M Global recognized the opportunity regarding the value of lost resources and wanted to convert the waste into something more useful. Many of the previous technologies that converted waste heat into electricity used a type of rotating equipment, such as gas and steam turbines, which caused the process to be more inefficient. These turbines are only 20-40% efficient, while T2M Global’s W.H.O.P. technology uses a water turbine, which is about 90-95% efficient. Their development partner is Nrgtek Incorporated. They have worked alongside T2M Global in thinking of ideas and developing proposals to promote these ideas. This was then funded by the California Energy Commission. They are their biggest investor and have supplied over a million dollars in funding to help their ideas become a reality. As they get more funding, T2M Global will continue developing their company so that startup companies can help save the environment while going about their regular business practices.
T2M Global is a company that is primarily driven by the need for a cleaner, more sustainable environment. Observations of increasing gas emissions and deteriorating resources quickly became an inspiration for T2M Global to establish more sustainable sources of energy. The company also recognizes California’s long-term goal to become completely renewable in the near future and intends to contribute to that effort as much as possible over the next few years. By changing the way industries, specifically in plants and factories, source their power and generate their electricity, T2M is making huge strides in reducing harmful emissions into the atmosphere and ensuring these plants are promoting a more sustainable form of consumption. T2M’s direct goals for businesses indirectly tie into the impact they are also trying to make on communities. Socially, many of the communities surrounding high waste producing factories tend to be low income and low property value communities. T2M is changing this by implementing their technology in order to make these highly polluted areas less polluted, thus cleaning the communities within them and appreciating the value and hospitality of these communities. With the state of California looking to be completely 100% renewable energy sourced by 2045, there has been a surge in companies looking to develop ways to provide businesses with more efficient and eco-friendly energy consumption. By working with Nrg Tek Incorporated side by side, T2M Global has pushed itself into the front lines of directly giving businesses cleaner forms of energy and electricity consumption, and sustainability, while giving back to local communities and the environment a cleaner and healthier future for future generations.
T2M Global benefits companies by offering alternate ways for them to redistribute wasted energy. This helps the company save profits in the long run, since energy can be used more efficiently. The specific innovation, the W.H.O.P. technology, is much more efficient than other technologies, which also shows how the innovation has opened many opportunities. Since a lot of their technology is still in development, T2M Global is working very hard to further develop and fund their projects to use their ideas to their full potential.
