La innovación de esta empresa es que sus dieseños son unicos y ademas de que trabajan con un material natural "Henequén" cada articulo que ellos venden es hecho a mano y por artesanos de Yucatan que ponen todo su empeño y dedicación por crear productos de la mejor calidad.

Utilizar a su favor una de las tantas riquezas que se encuentran en Mérida, Yucatán, el Henequén que por ser un producto natural, sin contaminación al medio ambiente, el diseñador Moisés crea diseños únicos y en cuanto a que esta haciendo esta empresa para los ODS de la ONU son "trabajo decente y crecimiento económico" "Igualdad de genero" "consumo y producción responsable" porque brinda el empleo a muchas mujeres de la comunidad y ademas les da la facilidad de trabajar desde casa para que no tengan que descuidar el hogar y sus productos son hechos de algo natural por esa razón no daña al medio ambiente.

Moisés es una persona que tiene una discapacidad y por muchos años estuvo trabajando para otras empresas, pero no se sentía realizado laboralmente porque existe mucha discriminación y no veían realmente el potencial que tiene y las ganas de sobresalir que siempre tuvo, es por eso que el decida poner su negocio de algo que realmente le gustara y en el cual se pueda sentir realizado, así nació "Moisés Poot" Moda en Henequén, que al principio empezaron desde 0, no tenían un taller en donde llevar a cabo el cabo de fabricación los productos pero con los años han logrado crecer demasiado como empresa y el como persona que con su negocio pudo haber logrado muchas personas de bajos recursos brindándoles un empleo digno.

El impacto que tiene la innovación es muy grande, porque no solo esta historia sirvio de inspiración para muchas personas, si no que tambien el tener este tipo de negocios que aun conservan la cultura de su pais o de su regíon atrae muchos turistas que desean conocer mas de México como ese el caso de esta empresa que busca que en sus productos te lleves algo que se simbolico y que caracterice a Yucatan.

El henequén es muy utilizado en esta zona, pero lo que siento que realmente hace unico a estos productos son los diseños que crea Moisés y que siempre toma en cuenta la cultura del lugar y por ende loss beneficios eque trae esta innovación es que hace que esta empresa sea muy unica y que si sigue creciendo mas puede generar mas empleos para las personas que vivan en Yucatan ya que la producción tiene que ser mayor.

Esta innovación no daña al medio ambiente porque son productos naturales que son hechos a mano, y en cuabri a la sociedad beneficia mas a los habitantes de la zona porque como ya mencione genera empleo, hace crecer las economía del lugar, genera que mas personas tengan el interes por conocer Yucatan, ya que la marca eso busca, que te lleves contigo un poco de la cultura del lugar.
