Unergy es una plataforma virtual transaccional de economía colaborativa que busca democratizar la energía solar, fundada el 02 de marzo del 2020 en la ciudad de Medellín con el fin de brindar soluciones a organizaciones con altos consumos energéticos y con disponibilidad de espacios (techos), para mejorar su rentabilidad y sostenibilidad al pagar por energía eléctrica a un menor costo sin tener que invertir dinero o preocuparse por la administración y mantenimiento de proyectos de energía solar fotovoltaica.
Por otra parte, permite a personas de toda naturaleza, involucrarse en proyectos de energía limpia, que genera rentabilidad de una manera segura y digital.
Es una plataforma amigable que le permite a todos los usuarios poder visualizar en tiempo real sus consumos energéticos, la cuantía de la disminución de impactos negativos ambientales y la rentabilidad económica del proyecto.

The UNERGY platform, presented in Colombia, as an innovative alternative, for all those pioneers who seek to make their contribution to sustainable and environmentally friendly dynamics, providing tools available to everyone, and allowing participation in projects that improve how we consume and take advantage of electrical energy, generating profits and an alternative income in a business that focuses on the trends of tomorrow. Therefore, it proposes a two-way solution, on the one hand, the expenditure of traditional energies, which generate high CO2 emissions, and on the other, a considerable investment cost for organizations interested in implementing such projects in the short term.
Thanks to the Unergy proposal, an alternative without investment costs or maintenance of the systems, companies manage to save between 20% and 35% of energy consumption compared to traditional suppliers. Likewise, people can own solar energy assets, which, although they are not on their own roofs, that is, they are not consumers of solar panels if they generate profits for their investment estimated between 8% and 13% annually, contributing to more sustainable and competitive development in the region.
Unergy es una plataforma que conecta a personas que quieren participar en proyectos de energía solar con un propósito sostenible y con rentabilidades anuales entre un 8% y 13%, con la posibilidad de invertir montos desde $ 1.000.000 pesos colombianos, con entidades interesadas en comprar esta energía limpia más barata y sin costos de inversión ni mantenimiento.
Todas las inversiones se van directamente a los proyectos de energía solar y desde Unergy se realiza el proceso de cobro por el porcentaje que genera cada transacción de consumo de energía el cual es pagado por la empresa usuaria mes a mes y que corresponde al 10% de la tarifa. Su negocio se basa en la masificación del mercado de energía solar y por ende la rentabilidad estará supeditada a que se logren implementar la mayor cantidad de proyectos simultáneos y la consecución de nuevos inversores
Como valor agregado, los usuarios tendrán toda la información de su participación en tiempo real y podrán generar reportes semanales en la plataforma, la herramienta tiene la capacidad de actualizarse cada 10 minutos, lo que favorece la fidelidad y veracidad de los datos consultados frente al consumo y rentabilidad; además, permitirá al inversor comparar los rendimientos financieros en diferentes proyectos presentes, pasados y pronosticar el éxito de su inversión en posibilidades futuras.

Unergy nace como consecuencia de proyectos previos, los cuales fueron manejados desde la razón social (Solenium) creada por los mismos socios años atrás; una organización que se abrió camino en la rama del desarrollo y manejo de alternativas de generación y venta de energías limpias.
Tres emprendedores con la idea de un mundo mejor, más sostenible, participativo y que se preocupa por el impacto del consumo de energía eléctrica, frente a las emisiones de residuos de CO2, así como la generación a la par de rentabilidad para las partes usuarias, temas que terminan por materializarse en esta innovadora plataforma que transforma el negocio y los modos en que se puede acceder a alternativas que favorezcan al planeta.
Aumento de la falta de energía, como respuesta a las dificultades percibidas frente a la comercialización e implementación de los proyectos ofertados por Solenium a empresas que no contaban en todos los casos con la capacidad de adquisición de sus productos y la financiación de los mismos dentro de sus presupuestos, pese a que las ventajas percibidas en la oferta recibida, eran favorables para su organización.
Es entonces que por el 2018 se plantea la idea de enfocar y orientar el negocio hacia el cliente, a cubrir sus necesidades y limitaciones, planteando alternativas de financiación de los proyectos a costo cero, para lo cual implementaron un modelo de negocio participativo que permite que toda persona interesada en invertir en proyectos de energía limpia y sostenible, ingresen y hagan parte; mediante una plataforma sencilla, amigable y de acceso en tiempo real, haciendo uso de las ventajas de la conectividad y las alianzas colaborativas de plataformas transaccionales que soportan sus procesos y un software especializado en las necesidades de las empresas usuarias y sus inversores.
Para 2019 con más incertidumbres que certezas, tuvieron su primer acercamiento a una empresa en la ciudad de Cúcuta (Norte de Santander- Colombia) que le aposto a su idea y 53 arriesgados participantes que decidieron dar el voto de confianza a una posibilidad de ingresos en una nueva empresa, que se dedicaba a desarrollar proyectos que conectaba con sus ideales; en esa ocasión el 70% de los inversores fueron amigos y conocidos a los cuales se les explico la idea y así se inicia la implementación, de la mano y soporte de la anterior empresa Solenium, la cual ya contaba con todo el bagaje y conocimiento de todo el proceso de instalación de paneles solares y los requerimientos de los mismos, la cual era operada por los mismos emprendedores de Unergy.
Uno de los factores de enganche, para el cierre de la negociación con esta empresa que abría sus puertas a la posibilidad de permitir la implementación de los paneles solares, fue la disminución en el porcentaje de cobro de la tarifa en el consumo de energía, el cual habitualmente es del 10% y para este caso se aplicó el 2% lo cual incentivo su decisión final de participación.
Hoy por hoy son menos los inversores conocidos y más las personas conocen el proyecto por diferentes plataformas y redes sociales, donde se puede acceder a una información completa del tipo de negocio, modalidades de inversión, proyectos disponibles y ubicación de los mismos; la idea es que este nuevo integrante de la comunidad Unergy, se identifique y solidarice con el proyecto a desarrollar, que conecte y perciba su inversión, más allá del rendimiento financiero que le producirá un futuro.
Finalmente, Unergy, es el complemento de un proyecto que no sólo conecta personas con ganas de invertir o empresas con la necesidad de disminuir costos en el gasto de energía eléctrica, sino que es una comunidad que permite conectar con un propósito más grande que el proyecto mismo, en un marco de necesidad global, por tomar acción en sectores e ideas que desaceleren los impactos negativos que producimos los seres humanos en el medio ambiente.

Unergy was born as a result of previous projects, which were managed from the corporate name (Solenium) created by the same partners years ago; an organization that made its way into the field of development and management of alternatives for the generation and sale of clean energy.
Three entrepreneurs with the idea of a better, more sustainable, participatory world that cares about the impact of electricity consumption, compared to CO2 waste
emissions, as well as the generation of profitability for the user parties, issues that end up materializing in this innovative platform that transforms the business and the ways in which it can be accessed alternatives that favor the planet.
Unergy arises, in response to the difficulties perceived in the marketing and implementation of the projects offered by Solenium to companies that did not have in all cases the capacity to acquire their products and finance them within their budgets, despite the fact that the advantages received in the offer were favorable to their organization.
It is then that by 2018 the idea of focusing and orienting the business towards the client, to cover their needs and limitations, proposing alternatives for financing the projects at zero cost, by implementing a participatory business model that allows anyone interested in investing in clean and sustainable energy projects enter and be part of it; through a simple, user-friendly, real-time access platform, making use of the advantages of connectivity and collaborative alliances of transactional
platforms that support its processes and specialized software for the needs of user companies and their investors.
For 2019 with more uncertainties than certainties, they had their first approach to a company in the city of Cúcuta (Norte de Santander- Colombia) which bet on this idea and 53 risky participants who decided to give the vote of confidence to a possibility of income in a new company, which was dedicated to developing projects that connected with their ideals; on that occasion, 70% of the investors were friends and acquaintances to whom the idea was explained and thus the implementation begins, from the hand and support of the previous company Solenium, which already had all the background and knowledge of the whole process of installation of solar panels and the requirements of them, which was operated by the same entrepreneurs of Unergy.
One of the factors of engagement, for the closing of the negotiation with this company that opened its doors to the possibility of allowing the implementation of solar panels, was the decrease in the percentage of charge of the rate in the energy consumption, which is usually 10% and for this case, 2% was applied which encouraged its final decision of participation.
Today there are fewer known investors and more people who know the project through different platforms and social networks, where you can access complete information of the type of business, investment modalities, available projects, and location of the same; the idea is that this new member of the Unergy community, identifies and sympathizes with the project to be developed, that connects and perceives his or her investment, beyond the financial return that it will produce in the future.
Finally, Unergy is the complement of a project that not only connects people wanting to invest or companies with the need to reduce costs in the expenditure of electricity, but it is a community that allows connecting with a larger purpose than the project itself, in a context of global need, for taking action in sectors and ideas that slow down the negative impacts that humans produce on the environment.
La plataforma UNERGY, se presenta en Colombia, como una alternativa innovadora, para todos aquellos pioneros que buscan hacer su aporte a las dinámicas sostenibles y amigables con el medio ambiente, facilitando herramientas al alcance de todos, y permitir la participación en proyectos que mejoren la manera en que consumimos y aprovechamos la energía eléctrica, generando ganancias y una alternativa de ingresos en un negocio que se enfoca en las tendencias del mañana. Propone entonces una solución de doble vía, por una parte, el gasto de energías tradicionales, que generan altas emisiones de CO2 y por el otro un coste considerable de inversión para las organizaciones que se interesan en implementar un corto plazo este tipo de proyectos.
Gracias a la propuesta de Unergy, una alternativa sin costos de inversión o mantenimiento de los sistemas, las empresas logran ahorrar entre el 20% y 35% del consumo de energía respecto a los proveedores tradicionales. Así mismo las personas pueden ser dueños de activos de energía solar, que, si bien no están en sus propios techos, es decir, no son consumidores de los paneles solares, si les genera ganancias por su inversión estimada entre un 8% y el 13% anualmente aportando a un desarrollo más sostenible y competitivo en la región.

SDG 7, Affordable and Clean Energy, targets affordable, reliable, and modern energy, as solar energy costs are lower than traditional energy by about 20-35 percent, making it available to more households and/or businesses, being an environmentally responsible and long-term sustainable project for those who decide to invest in clean energy. Es claramente un negocio rentable y en crecimiento, en 2019 para su primer proyecto se realiza la participación de 1 empresa y 53 inversionistas, cifras que fueron creciendo, que a la fecha representan 461 inversionistas, 11 empresas usuarios del servicio, así como 4321 usuarios registrados en la plataforma.
En cuanto a cifras a la fecha se ha financiado 770.000 dólares, de los cuales el 66% corresponda a inversionistas colombianos, 32% de inversionistas suecos y 2% de inversionistas suizos, y proyecta para el 2025 estar alrededor de los 80 millones de dólares y con presencia en mercados internacionales, iniciando por países vecinos como Brasil, Panamá y Ecuador en la promoción de proyectos renovables, y en países como Australia, USA y de Europa para la financiación de los mismos; teniendo en cuenta que Europa cuenta ya con un mercado maduro en el sector de la energía limpia, y el éxito del negocio radica en la consecución de empresas interesadas en la implementación y nuevos inversionistas que lo financien.

En términos generales el beneficio percibido en el modelo de negocio, tiene dos vértices claros, por un lado, disminuye las emisiones de CO2 producidas por la generación de energías tradicionales; la plataforma permite a las personas usuarias hacer el seguimiento en tiempo real de las cifras y les brinda información que promueve la conciencia del impacto de la labor que se realiza a través de los proyectos, a la fecha el conteo de la disminución en la emisión de CO2 correspondencia a 114 toneladas dejadas de emitir a la atmosfera.
Por otra parte, Unergy favorece al crecimiento económico nacional, principalmente de las empresas usuarias del servicio, los sectores en donde se encuentran ubicadas ya los inversionistas que acceden a una oportunidad de negocio que permite la participación de toda persona natural, en proyectos afines a sus ideologías y capacidades financieras.
