In Lake Cirata there is a fish called petek fish, or "glass fish" or in Latin called "Prambassis ranga". This fish was often discarded by fishermen in Lake Cirata because it is smelly and difficult to be processed so people are reluctant to consume it.

Seeing the great opportunities from this untapped fish potential and also the great desire to promote the welfare of life in his village, had pushed Aang Permana to bring the samples of fish to the laboratory to be examined so that this fish can be utilized.

From the research and experimentation he obtained a positive result where the fish can be used as a superior product that is healthy, high in calcium and protein.

Changes that occur from innovation are:

1. Petek fish in Lake Cirata area is not thrown away anymore.

2. Fishermen obtain new sources of income.

3. Elderly women become more productive.

4. Many emerging new entrepreneurs who sell refined petek fish products.

5. Creation of new healthy food products, high in calcium and protein.

Currently these food products have been distributed throughout Indonesia and others country to become a new healthy food alternative.

Inspiration

Indonesia will be a glorious country only if great and creative people are willing to return to the village to build villages, develop villages and empower their village communities.

Overall impact

This activity has an impact on many parties, among them are the increasing welfare for the fishermen community surrounding Cirata Lake. Also the elderly women around the lake who initially did not work, this activity gives them an income.

In addition, this activity also encourages the emergence of new entrepreneurs with similar businesses around the region.

Last is the emergence of new food alternatives that are healthy food products, high in calcium and protein.

Since this business started from a high level of concern to promote the welfare of life in his village, this business has grown into a business with a big number of profit and made a new income for the community, especially fishermen, housewives surrounding the lake and of course company employees.
