The whole set of denitrification device does not change the original flue and post-treatment measures but only needs to add ozone generator, controller, distributor and other key equipment and components, and share desulfurization absorber. Finally, the integrated technology of desulfurization and denitrification of active coke is introduced. The integrated desulfurization and denitrification technology of active coke is a dry flue gas treatment technology that utilizes the adsorption catalytic function of active coke to remove sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides in the flue gas and recycle sulfur resources. Active coke desulfurization is based on adsorption and catalytic oxidation of SO2 on the active coke surface, while active coke denitrification is based on catalytic action on the active coke surface.
The energy consumption of the iron and steel industry accounts for 14.16% of China's total energy consumption. In the production process of iron and steel enterprises, energy efficiency is only about 30%, and the recovery and utilization rate of solid waste is about 50%. A large number of pollutants are discharged into the environment during the production process of the iron and steel industry. The total amount of industrial wastewater, dust and sulfur dioxide discharged by the industry accounted for 10%, 15% and 10% of the total industrial pollution discharged in China, respectively. David said, in China, regulations, and requirements on energy conservation, environmental protection, consumption reduction, and emission reduction are increasingly strict, which urges steel companies to accelerate the reform and innovation of environmental protection manufacturing process, technology, and equipment, and realize energy conservation and emission reduction by relying on technological progress.
The application of this technology has three advantages. Firstly, the equipment investment is low, the equipment occupies a small area, the system is simple and the products after ozone oxidation do not produce secondary pollution. Secondly, the process is operable, the denitrification efficiency can be adjusted, and the operation cost is low. Thirdly, dust and SO2 have no effect on denitrification efficiency and are suitable for low-temperature flue gas of steel sintering.
Utilizing desulfurization and denitrification technology to effectively recover by-products of flue gas desulfurization and denitrification is of great practical significance for the iron and steel enterprises to reduce production costs. While controlling environmental pollution, the enterprise reduces the operating cost of the enterprise in this respect and reduces the risk of pollution for the second time. By using this method, the proportion of production costs reduced by the enterprise is about 25.76%, which is quite considerable.
