The company within its overall vision is the use of waste that can provide a second life of use with the production of brooms, dustpans and brushes, which within the guidelines is to make both a social and environmental impact, this in order to be part of the change within the cleaning sector and in the community, taking into account the statistics presented by Corporación Punto Azul organized which states that in Colombia only manages to recover an average of 1.8% of 31 tons daily that are generated; ESPLASUR currently manages to recover locally 60 tons of solid waste per month and hopes to continue to increase this figure and generate use of this waste that comes from other departments or cities.

La compañía dentro de su visión general se encuentra el aprovechamiento de residuos que puedan brindar una segunda vida de uso con la producción de escobas, recogedores y cepillos, el cual dentro de los lineamiento se encuentra realizar un impacto tanto social como ambiental, esto con el fin de ser parte del cambio dentro del sector de aseo como en la comunidad, teniendo en cuenta las estadísticas que nos presenta Corporación Punto Azul organizacion que establece que en Colombia solo se logra recuperar un promedio de 1,8% de 31 toneladas diaria que se generan; ESPLASUR actualmente logra recuperar localmente 60 toneladas de residuos sólidos mensualmente de lo cual esperan seguir aumentando esta cifra y generar aprovechamiento de estos residuos que provengan de otros departamento o ciudades.
Esplasur produces brooms, dustpans and brushes with recycled plastic, it uses pet bottles, softener bottles and other plastic containers and products that serve to give it a new use, they do not use dyes, it classifies them by colors and tries to make them aesthetically beautiful, It does this by encouraging recycling and highlighting the importance of giving these plastic products a second use.

Esplasur produce escobas, recogedores y cepillos con plástico reciclado, utiliza botellas pet, botellas de suavizante y otros envases de plástico y productos que sirven para darle un nuevo uso, no usan tintes, los clasifica por colores e intenta organizarlos estéticamente, lo hace fomentando el reciclaje y destacando la importancia de dar un segundo uso a estos productos plásticos.
Leonardo, CEO of Esplasur tells us that before 2017 Esplasur was a supplier to Klin, a company that also directs and markets cleaning products, which supplied the brooms and dust collectors, but realizing the amount of waste generated by all the products that he sold, that is when he acquired Esplasur and decided to give it a different objective, although he continues to manufacture the same products, now he does so with recycled plastic, generating recycling awareness in people and helping many of the city's recyclers , positively impacting the environment.

Leonardo, CEO de Esplasur nos cuenta que antes del año 2017 Esplasur era un proveedor de Klin, Empresa que también dirige y comercializa productos de aseo, el cual le suministraba las escobas y recogedores, pero al darse cuenta de la cantidad de desechos que generaba todos los productos que él comercializaba, es ahí cuando adquiere a Esplasur y decide darle un objetivo diferente, si bien sigue fabricando los mismos productos, ahora lo hace con plástico reciclado generando una conciencia de reciclaje en las personas y ayudando a muchos de los recicladores de la ciudad, impactando positivamente en el medio ambiente.

Colombia solo recicla 17% de los 12 millones de toneladas de residuos sólidos que se dan al año; Esplasur al año está recolectando alrededor de 720 toneladas de residuos, esto con actividades en las cuales involucran a la comunidad del sur del país con el fin que sean parte del cambio y generar educación y conciencia con los desechos que cada persona logra producir y cómo podemos mitigar esto con el planteamiento de una producción circular con sus productos, dentro de las acciones también plantean alianzas con recicladores y así mejorar las condiciones de vida y que la recolección se pueda realizar de forma directa con las personas que realizan esta labor.
Adicionalmente, Esplasur se encuentra en la construcción de la fundación mujeres que inspiran, esto con el fin de apoyar madres cuidadoras con hijos con enfermedades y al mismo tiempo huérfanos, a los cuales pretende apoyarlas para la generación de empleo desde casa.

Esplasur entra a ser parte del grupo empresarial que quiere consolidar su CEO, Leonardo, siendo los proveedores para Klin , la comercializadora de productos de aseo, y aunando esfuerzos para mejorar las condiciones de vida de los recicladores y sensibilizando a las personas, especialmente a los niños sobre la importancia del reciclaje y cómo hacerlo parte de su diario vivir, es un trabajo de gran importancia y al ser muy enfáticos en este objetivo, crean la fundación “Javier Adolfo Varela Varela”; este grupo empresarial espera seguir y creciendo y consolidándose aportando social y económicamente a la región.
How do they do this? ¿Cómo realizan esto?, Esplasur cuenta con programas de pedagogía para colegios de forma presencial en el ciudad de pasto y aprovechando la virtualidad que han logrando llevar al mensaje a entidades educativas de otras ciudades, adicionalmente realizan campañas de recolección de residuos en los barrios y cuenta con una página de instagram de la cual generan tips de que se pueden recuperar y maneras de dar un segundo uso de las desechos.

Adicionalmente Esplasur encuentra una oportunidad lograr aliarse con los recicladores de la zona con el fin de que ellos sean un proveedor directo y evitar intermediarios, así también lograr aumentar la cantidad de material recuperado, esto validando la forma de que de otras ciudades los puedan proveer teniendo en cuenta que cuenta con capacidad de producción.
