Committed to sustainability through its Sustainability Management Department, Sura Mexico has initiated a program to create alliances with small Information Technology Service companies to support economic growth, a great workplace, and overall wellbeing in various organizations. Through this program and its innovative ideas, Sura will promote internal innovation and generate digital transformation.
In collaboration with IT start-ups, Sura has developed a large portfolio of services by digitizing services and platform development easily accessible to the entire population and internal customers. For example, employees now have investment and retirement services available via apps on their mobile phones, allowing for greater flexibility and efficiency without carrying out these services in person.
Having expanded collective knowledge and professional experiences, these implemented processes have greatly benefited Sura and the aforementioned start-ups.
SURA's top management has always been strongly committed to sustainable growth and has continuously supported opportunities for small businesses and wide population groups in their various employment process needs, hence maintaining and improving customer satisfaction.
The overall impact of this initiative is both social and economic. By participating in this program, new businesses can increase their revenue while reducing unemployment and collaboratively create new opportunities for company growth.
Sura believes collaboration promotes innovation, and this program's results ultimately contribute to the business' level of prosperity. Through the increase of new financial services made available to the entire population, new clients enjoy greater benefits.
Sura initiative also pursues many other value streams in a diverse array of societal and environmental arenas. It is currently certified as a socially responsible company on the Dow Jones industrial index. By providing improved services and promoting economic growth in the community, this initiative has already impacted 3 of 17 sustainable goals.
