We interviewed, Dave Osborne, the co-owner and co-founder of the Caring Transitions - Beach Cities franchise located in Orange County, California. While they still allowed for in-person pickup, they introduced an online auction platform for customers to bid on items. Buyers could conveniently pick up their purchased items curbside without leaving their cars, ensuring a seamless and contactless experience.
