"After years of analyzing students and people, understanding their struggles and problems, we came up with the idea of developing new techniques for comprehensive fast reading. We developed a specific book for it and designed exercises to accompany it," the CEO explained.

"Today, many good schools and universities have entrance exams. However, the wealth of certain groups has rendered these examinations unfair. They have access to private tutors and the best teachers in the city or country. In an ideal society, these exams are meant to identify talented individuals. Unfortunately, due to financial advantages, many privileged individuals surpass talented but underprivileged students. With the right education and guidance, these students could succeed in the future.

"In alignment with SDG 4, our company aims to provide equal education of decent quality for everyone. We achieve this in various ways, such as not charging qualified candidates and morally supporting them on their path to universities or high schools.

"Our tutors strive to overlook class differentiation among students and provide each student with the best education possible. Additionally, through our comprehensive speed reading courses, we aim to establish a better relationship between people and books," the manager stated.

"To solve every social, economic, political, or natural problem, we must read! And for that, we need better techniques." The aspiration is that individuals who undergo education at Bilissel Akademi will be inclined to dedicate more time to reading books, thereby becoming more socially aware and purposeful individuals in our society.

''The motivation for our action was after being a Turkish literature teacher for 20 years i saw that students are alienated with books and technology developments and social media do not let them breathe and think about the benefits of books and the improvements of their lives which can be resulted from reading them'' Said the manager.

He also mentioned the main problem is time and the hectic society, one tends to read only if it’s fast enough to finish by spending short amount of time.

Overall impact

The impact of the company's innovation in speed reading is quite considerable. Evidence shows that students were more interested in books after taking the course, and parents have announced that many young learners have developed a habit of reading, which is admirable. This will result in a more aware generation that will act more thoughtfully in many aspects of their social and individual lives.

Additionally, their second innovation, providing free education for students who meet the criteria, is quite successful so far. People are becoming more interested in registering their names in the institution.

In conclusion, in the short term, we see a rise in satisfaction among students and their parents. In the long term, we foresee a purposeful and successful generation.

Business benefit

As the company was already established, initiating a new branch made it possible to target a new segment of customers, which eventually resulted in higher cash flow and increased revenue. Moreover, the new branch required hiring new tutors and more employees, for which the business did a great job, This also aligns with SDG 8, as the company hired newly graduated teachers to fulfill these positions, they also accept students from universities to do their internship and help them to gathar some exprience in the actual working enviroment.

Today, Bilişsel Akademi has successfully opened another institution and is already considering further expansion by opening a third one and It doesn't end in here, The company has dedicated a large budget to advertising and has begun developing an online platform to reach other states inside turkey and also beyond borders and attract pupils from all around the globe. We are not stopping yet; we want to show everyone that books won't consume much of your time and reading can be fun and easy. One day, we hope to dismantle the notion that "books are boring; films are better," the CEO explained.
