Together with the "Maltese Aid Service" Foundation the company implements the project "Passing to the world of your success". The main goal of the project is to help people, who are in a difficult life situation and cannot find a job or do not know where to start. Thematic meetings and practical sessions discuss the most pressing issues: how to select the right vacancy, how to write a CV, how to behave in an interview. People study networking, the basics of business etiquette and sales techniques as well. Not less attention is paid to work in the advertising field. All this makes the listeners more confident in themselves, in their abilities and perspectives.
The head of the company is a young entrepreneur Phillip Lapin.
He has been working in the advertising sphere since sixteen years. Then, at the age of eighteen he started working as a supervisor. The main tasks of Philipp's work were organization and supervising the work of the promoters. After that, he became the coordinator of the projects where he had to carry out promotions, his work included: coordination the work of supervisors, logistics, payroll etc. This experience gave our interlocutor the opportunity to learn how the advertising agency works internally, it also helped him to find some significant errors. Gradually, Philipp and his friends developed a lot of ideas how to improve the work of the promotion staff and the work of all the company altogether. It gave way for the creation of his own company “Lapin advertising”.
Besides the services in the field of advertising, promotion, organization and carrying out events, the advertising agency “Lapin advertising” considers social responsibility as an integral part of its activities. Mr. Lapin has always been dreaming about creating something more than a common commercial organization. "We are interested not only in economic, but also esthetic side of our work." - states Philipp. Company's program “the key to the world to your success” became the embodiment of the esthetic side of the company.
The program which is called “the key to the world of your success” has been implemented for more than one year in Moscow. Dozens of program participants have already got a job and even more will have a huge advantage in their future job interviews.
