Washing Process:
1. 3x Water Filter Process
Fideli uses a series of filters ranging from cleaning the mud, to eliminating the content of metals and bacteria in water. This will keep the clothing colors bright and safe for the baby.
2. Ozone Technology
In addition to filters, Fideli also uses ozone gas in the water to remove bacteria and viruses in the dirty clothing from customers. This ensures that customers are free of bacteria and viruses.
3. NO Bacteria Washing Machine
Ozone gas in certain concentrations in water also keeps the washing machine clean of viruses and bacteria. This also ensures the washing machine does not become a nest of bacteria
4. Environmental Friendly Detergent
In addition to ozone and filters, Fideli also uses environmentally friendly detergents to keep the environment sustainable. Fideli uses environmentally friendly detergents for all services whenever possible.
5. Packing Process - Friendly Environment Plastic Bag

The process uses filtered water with ultrafiltration so that the result is ground water that is free of germs, bacteria, and viruses. Ozone is injected into the water. The benefits of filtered groundwater are obvious: apart from bacteria-free filters, it also eliminates the sulfur content and metal elements present in ground water. The combination of soaps, ozone and water filters will ensure maximum wash and safe waste for the environment. It is equipped with a plastic made from cassava leaves that can be absorbed by the soil in just a matter of weeks.
