Our story is about an innovative approach to business which was created by Artem Agabekov - a founder of Windows Factory and Adventum Agency and just a super-exciting person. The main idea of this innovative approach is not just to run business efficiently, but to deal with it like with a living organism, giving to employees all necessary conditions to flourish and develop themselves. It means that an organisation lives according to rules of nature and there is no need to stimulate the personnel artificially.
The innovation at Windows Factory is its sustainable business model, which treats organization as a natural system, especially, with regard to the employees. This business model was created by Artem Agabekov, as a result of his spirituality, mindfulness and conscious approach to business. Windows Factory offers service based on human relations and sincerity. Artem is building his team according to an organic value system. He told us that: "Initially we are looking for such people who would tell us how to do something, without having to teach them. Well, that is either our person or is not our one. And even if he/she is not slightly ours, then he/she is probably not ours". This approach is fully in line with the mission of Windows Factory: "Our dream is to be the best window company which is making this world better".
Artem borrowed an idea of organic business model from the nature. As an example, he showed us a mandarin tree that grows in his office. The key idea of Artem's approach is: "Look, here grows a tree, it brings fruit, but we do not manage this tree. We do not tell it 'you will grow two times by the next time'. We just create proper conditions: there is soil, there is water, there is air and there is light. Why should we invent something new? These are the universal laws of nature, they work everywhere. Why are we trying to change tools?" This is how biomimicry applies to building a flourishing and sustainable organization.
The major impact of implementing an organic business model is flourishing through happiness. We asked Artem several questions about ecological problems, but received unexpected answers that were much deeper than our expectations. He told us that such topics as recycling, lean management and environmentally-friendly practices are just essentials and they are not worthy of any long discussion. Artem continued: "It seems to me that we will make the world more environmentally friendly when we find a critical mass of people in harmony with our values and help them become the best version of themselves. And it does not matter what these people do, what kind of business".
Now we are convinced that Artem's approach to hiring the right people is leading not only to success in his businesses, but to happiness of his customers, employees and other stakeholders.
Artem promotes the idea that we should follow our dreams and to be honest with ourselves. He believes that all people ought to be devoted to their field and that "we are the architects of our lives, therefore the first is to take responsibility for our own lives"
