On the economic side, PetStar is integrated in the supply chain of the bottling companies in the country, generating value and contributing to the sustainability of the packages by recycling them.
On the environmental side, besides withdrawing the packages from the surroundings, it contributes to a cleaner environment by using 87% less energy in the resin conversion process. Equivalent to two days without cars in Mexico city.
On the social side, it offers education programs and social inclusion to the PET pickers, which is a very vulnerable and marginal sector.
