This new induction system for pipes painting and coating is the main implant since the company works directly with pipe coating. This one works with electricity, while the previous one, which used to have higher production costs, worked with diesel.

This innovation was made because there was a change needed in the production and this new implant could give benefits such as an increase in the production and in the gains, a decrease in costs and in time of the production itself, a better quality of the product and in the production process.

Overall impact

With the new pipe coating plant it was immediately noticed a notable optimization in production times, previously it took 8 hours to produce the pipes, now only 3 hours are needed.

Regarding the effects that the new implant has brought in the long term, in addition to the continuity of processing, it has also brought savings on labor and raw material costs, so the overall consumption is reduced as well as the pollution and the emissions.
