In addition to that, it focuses on its employees developing values such as trust, teamwork, and leadership.
It starts with training courses for its employees where they teach them values and skills to collaborate in harmony and in this way achieve the objectives such as sustainable finance and partnerships to achieve the goals.
These objectives are developed within the company, which allows them to work on and refine them to create an impact on society. A good example of this is its commitment to helping the environment through its application since its development allows the customer to carry out window operations through their smartphone, which reduces emissions of polluting gases from their customers when moving to their branches.
We could believe that only in one part of the world these SDGs are met, but here in our country, they are carried out subtly, in such a way that only those who want to learn more about it get to know how this works.
It is for this reason that the innovation that BBVA applies in its interior is positively reflected in those social programs that it offers to its employees and customers, showing that just because its a large company it should ignore the problems experienced by the environment and society in general, instead the company is taking action and starting to act from the inside out.
What inspired the leader was the company's commitment to its employees, the way it trains them, and, as we mentioned earlier, the values they instill in them.
This has a positive impact on society since by developing different SDGs from the inside out, they achieve better results.
Something that our interviewee mentioned is that the company makes you feel part of it and in this way, they ensure that the employees provide the best customer services and achieve the desired results.
We believe that the impact that the company has generated has been on both, society and the environment. It rose awareness about implementing alternative energies. On the other hand, we believe that the company rose awareness and training its employees not only helps to create a better work environment but also that they share their experience and share what they have learned in their thought the work environment, which leads us only to positively impact their clients but also to society.
