Summary

In general, herbal business models only sell herbal products, in contrast to Waroeng Sehat who innovates by not only selling herbs but also combining it with therapeutic services and combining it with spiritual healing. It is believed a speedy recovery to a person's illness is not only through drugs or physical action, but is better if combined with the spritual healing treatment. Waroeng Sehat does not only put themselves as an alternative treatment place, but more as the role of a complementary medical treatment to provide optimal health recovery to the community.

Innovation

At the beginning of Waroeng Sehat, herbal products were sold in a small store in the corner of one supermarket in the area of Tangerang. Within 3 years, it has grown rapidly to have 22 branches spread from Aceh to East Java. But with the rapid development of online stores, Waroeng Sehat had to innovate in developing its business. Waroeng Sehat added service products in the form of therapy which up to now has 17 types of therapy. Initially the largest revenue was on herbal products at 70% and therapeutic services at 30%, which in the end therapeutic services have become a greater revenue contributor compared to the herbal products. The key to the success of Waroeng Sehat is not just to provide therapy to the physical body but also to the soul with the concept of spiritual healing.
