This began in the Colts Neck, New Jersey office where Paul Tornatore and Greg Metzger work. Customers expect their dealings to go smoothly and that the provider be well informed and educated in their field. GAM did not want either of these to be the case. The company values its employees and its work. The founders of GAM wanted to build something that would do more than just generate profit; they wanted to build a company that would benefit every party involved.

The impact of their education is also shown through innovation and sales, with the improvement and emphasis on employee education they are able to show their customers that they will always be there for them.
