Mr. Palus explained to our group that before starting a construction project on an area of land, engineers and professionals will evaluate the land. These tests are done to determine if the soil or ground water is contaminated. If it is found to be so, they will then filter the water using carbon filters and clean the contaminated soil before it can further damage the ecosystem or cause harm to any occupants of the new building being constructed. Mr. Palus said, “In order to effectively perform tests, determine safety, and abide by regulations", the company employs a team of specialists that includes national corporate developers, regional local developers, national retailers, design professionals, and attorneys for legal matters. The innovation is called “Dynamic Earth.” This innovation aligns with the company’s core values: creativity, teamwork and accountability.

Furthermore, the innovation doesn’t stop there, but continues to the office by keeping its employees needs in mind and having a unique atmosphere making sure all employees are happy and valued.
