Summary

B Present Studio offers fitness classes focused on the female body. But more than that, they foster a community that empowers women to be their best selves: through their mind, body, and soul. Aside from fitness classes, B Present Studio offers other services such as wellness coaching to help women become healthy in all aspects of their life. B Present studio focuses on creating a community of strong women who are healthy and happy.

Innovation

While most fitness studios focus on helping those "fix" themselves from outside, B Present Studio helps change women from the inside out using their "mind, body, soul" approach. By fostering a community that focuses on empowering women, Tammy Weisweaver makes sure B present truly cares for those who walk through their doors. Their clients are not just numbers to them. B Present focuses on how to help them become healthier individuals by fostering a community that cares. The classes offered at B Present are targeted to challenge women to push them to give it their all, while focusing on the inside as well.

"The messages I get from clients that come and the ways B present has impacted their lives. We definitely hear from people not only about physically and feeling better, sleeping better, and having confidence. But coming to B Present gave them the courage to quit jobs they have hated for 10 years, but never felt worthy enough to leave. People deciding to take on a big obstacle that held them back and deciding them to take it head on." - Tammy Weisweaver

Empowering Women Through Wellness

Inspiration

Through the eyes of Tammy Weisweaver, B Present Studio was inspired by her love for being active, and her love for health and wellness. Tammy never thought she could make a full career out of it; as a result, she went to school to become a school teacher but would get certifications to teach fitness classes on the side as well. In teaching a few classes a week during the summer, Tammy felt she was not fulfilling her desire. She wanted more. They took a leap of faith and began to offer classes from their home. B Present Studio wasn’t just offering a workout, they wanted to help change lives. In changing lives, it started with changing people’s mindsets. This is where the inspiration came from for the environment they foster that helps women create healthy lives through a body, mind, and spirit approach.

Overall impact

B Present Studio impacts its community in multiple ways. As a fitness studio, B Present not only helps women transform their bodies, but also their minds. Through their community focused on women’s overall mind, body, and soul transformation, the clients and customers of B Present have nothing but great things to say about how it has transformed them:

“Cannot say enough good things about B Present! I've tried several barre studios and I'm completely hooked on B Present. The workouts are awesome and geared toward becoming healthier and stronger. The instructors are so wonderful and the studio culture is so positive! I love the in-studio classes but On Demand is also great for a busy work schedule or travel.”

“I cannot say enough good things about B Present. The workouts were challenging and fun, and I credit them with being the best physical shape I have been in years. But more than that, the positivity and clear mindedness that radiates from the studio is unmatched. The fitness improvement is what I sought out, the mental health improvements were a bonus I didn’t realize I needed.”

“The inspiration LOVE and encouragement is BARRE none, the best I've ever experienced.”

Business benefit

In just the two testimonials above, you can see how unique B Present Studio’s business model is. B Present Studio sets itself apart by offering not only a transformation of the mind, body, and soul, but by creating a community of strong women who uplift each other. This creates an environment people just don’t want to leave:

“ ...I had to move away and am now searching for a place that can fill the void. Barre on demand is a great option as well…”

B Present Studio has also been featured numerous times in local media outlets for their unique business model. From the start, owners Bryan and Tammy Weisweaver say their main goal is more than profit. At B Present, their main goal is to touch lives and make an impact.

Social and environmental benefit

B Present Studio brings into focus something that is important for a healthy society: health for the mind, body, and soul. B Present Studio fosters an environment where women are becoming physically and mentally healthier, and encourages women to become the best version of themselves. In a male-dominated society, B Present Studio shifts the focus to empowering females to conquer whatever comes their way.
