Innovation
The company's website lists an array of beneficial information including healthy recipes and events.
At a Women’s Wellness Event in Miramar on January 15, more than 60 women joined together for a presentation by health care professionals over a delicious lunch from the Miramar Hilton Garden Inn. The panel of speakers included Laura Powell, field marketing manager from Nutrition Smart.
Laura spoke about the benefits of including healthy fats, probiotics, and smarter splurges in your diet. Laura stressed that there are certain whole foods that not only increase productivity but also decrease stress. Other presentations focused on the benefits of eating whole foods, the healing properties of essential oils, and the ways in which acupuncture can reduce stress.
Dry Layer Oxidative Testing requires only six drops of blood that is allowed to dry. With patterns and inclusions that form, we are able to see issues that can be acute or chronic and help you understand how natural health can help you achieve your wellness goals. This process has been around more than 70 years, and it can show you indications of digestive disease, lymphatic stasis, colon health, kidney stress, mineral deficiencies, adrenal stress, allergies to food and environment, leaky gut, heavy metals, etc.
