FRP (Fibre Reinforced Polymer) doors are made of versatile, man-made composite materials that are rapidly becoming popular worldwide, replacing wood, metal, and concrete as sustainable substitutes. Usage of FRP ranges from Aerospace and Defence to housing, marine construction, transportation, chemical, and other engineering uses. Shutter and frames.
  2. They Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection, and Commissioning Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) on a Turnkey basis for various types and natures of waste Waters, effluents that helps in removing contaminations from wastewater and Industrial effluent, water that is used by Industry, hospitals, & Hotel are degraded in quality as a result of the introduction of contaminating constituents during Process & Uses Like - Organic wastes, suspended solids, bacteria, Oil & Grease, Chemicals, Metals, Resins, Colorant, & Surfactant are pollutants that commonly Call Effluent. It includes Physical, Chemical, and Biological Processes to remove Physical, Chemical, and Biological contaminations. Its objective is to produce an environmentally safe water waste stream.
  3. They Design, Fabricate, Supply, Erection, and Commissioning Sewage Treatment Plants (STP) for treating sewage generated by Industry, large colonies, Hotels, Hospitals, IT Parks, and commercial buildings. As per new National pollution control norms, the Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) became a statutory requirement of all the State Pollution Control Boards. Hoteliers, industrialists & Residential Complexes, and Institutions are looking for economical, easy-to-install, and operate compact type Sewage Treatment Plants as the land is costly. STP works on the principle of Aerobic Treatment with the help of aerobic bacteria, which is the most conventional and proven method throughout the world known as anaerobic digestion.
  4. E. P. Kamat Group’s Bio-Digestor toilet is a unique sanitation technology that provides a complete breakdown of human waste at all scales. With DRDO-certified technology, Inoculum bacteria deactivates 99% of pathogens under anaerobic conditions, being easily operable in even extreme weather conditions. The only by-products are water, which is fit for gardening, and odorless gas. Only one bacterial inoculation and this system can degrade even detergents and phenyl. They are the sole TOT holders present in Goa, bringing this Clean, Green, and futuristic sanitation solution to Goa.
  5. Further as mentioned by Mr. Shreyas, "We are now also into completing the circle of water division and aqua division. We are also into drinking water now. We have recently tied up with a Swedish company called Wayout. They are into providing the purest form of drinking water which we call alkaline water. It is an added mineral that has a PH of more than 7, do anything which has a PH of more than 7 is alkaline in nature and today people are in a domain of health consciousness, which we are into."

Inspiration

The EP Kamat group was motivated to take on these projects by the Goa Government's Swachh Bharat initiative, which aims to help the state become free of open defecation. One of the best examples is their technological collaboration with the Defense Research Development Organization (DRDO), which provided Biodigester Toilets to more than 2000 homes in Goa.

Business prospects have been given wings by the growth of promising economies. In the coming years, the availability of water will be crucial. For the benefit of future generations, we must conserve water. In order to support this noble cause, EP Kamat Group has chosen to offer specialized solutions for reusing wastewater through sewage treatment plants (STP) and effluent treatment plants (ETP).

Business benefit

FRPs (Fibre reinforced polymer), Sewage Treatment plants, and Effluent Treatment plants are the main innovations that EP Kamat Group is into. These innovations do not just help the environment but have an impact on the business also.

For the production of Fibre reinforced polymer, the company uses a standard compressing machine that gives 1 ton of compression. Which makes the product sturdier and more stable. The product has a 25-year warranty which sets it aside from the other competitors. Fiber-reinforced polymer contributes the highest to the revenue of the company.

As Mr. Shreyas said, "What we need to focus is on the question of WHY. Wooden doors have challenges of expansion and contraction and termites. We look at both the functional advantages and the environmental advantages which FRBs provide. We also see the costing of a wooden door (Main Door) would cost around 7000-8000 Rs whereas our product (Fibre Reinforced Polymer) would cost 40 to 50% lesser. Then obviously the consumer would want to go with the up-and-coming trend."

"The revenue generated from this product is approximately 50% of the overall revenue of FRPs comes down to $50 Million. Employees hired for the manufacturing of FRP’s are approximately 45-50."

The products next in the line are Sewage treatment plants ad Effluent Treatment Plants. The organization gets these products from various sources, which are best available in the market, assembles them, and then works on the operation and maintenance of them.

Effluent Treatment Plant is a process designed for treating industrial wastewater for its reuse or safe disposal in the environment. Sewage treatment plants are used to treat human waste. Major hotel chains like Taj are using their STP and ETP services. Till now a total of more than 120 organizations are using their STP and ETP services.

Hence all these products not only benefit society but also provide financial benefits to the organization.

Social and environmental benefit

"We are contributing towards a green clean and the safe planet that’s predominantly all the product lines which we have started are into it."

"We want to provide and cater to tomorrow what you guys are, and further our future generations. So that we can sustain and maintain what We have seen what we want to preserve for future generations. Things are getting really bad at the major world part but at the same time what we look at is at least something that we can do as an organization that we are not only focusing on business but we are also looking towards contributing in the small capacity so that we can generate employment. Thus, more businesses more opportunities, and more savings on the products that we provide"

Keen on making your industry eco-sustainable? A sewage treatment plant works, by moving air, to facilitate the growth of bacteria to break down sewage. Both liquid and solid waste products released from industry sectors contain pollutants in different levels and quantities.

Clean water is a crucial resource for survival. It is crucial to the sustenance of life on this planet. But water pollution is a major threat. It is unfortunate that not everyone in the world has access to clean drinking water. Mostly water is laced with mineral impurities or microbial and bacterial growth that can cause a variety of diseases.

Every year, many lives are lost around the globe due to water poisoning and the diseases it causes. This led to the need for sewer treatment and wastewater treatment facilities.

Learn and understand the various facets of wastewater:

Waste Water is categorized into physical, chemical, and biological components. The physical features of wastewater comprise color, smell, heat, and turbidity whereas the chemical characteristics of wastewater are chemical impurities, nitrogen, phosphorus, chlorides, sulfates, pH, heavy metals, etc. Biochemical oxygen demand (BOD), nitrogen oxygen demand (NOD), and the nature and concentration of microbial life in it constitute the biological component of wastewater.

Wastewater that is untreated must not collect in any way. It consists of organic matter which is decayed. These materials can emit massive quantities of foul-smelling fumes that can be detrimental to the ecosystem if retained for a while. Such water has a huge impact on marine life, creates clean drinking water shortage, and affects fisheries and tourism.

As a major tourist destination, it is important to track and regulate the level of water pollution in the state of Goa in order to protect the health of tourists and locals and, as a result, the economy of the country.

It is necessary to fulfill these criteria in order to safeguard biological life in the downstream environment. When the processed streams are joined by normal water streams or bodies, one must guarantee that the oxygen present in such streams is not exhausted, otherwise, all biological life will be lost.

In order to eliminate toxins, contaminants and other organic compounds from the water, sewage treatment plants utilize complicated procedures that require the use of various chemicals to treat used water so that it can be safely reintroduced into the setting.

A sewage treatment plant works, by moving air, to facilitate the growth of bacteria to break down sewage. The aim is to have a lot of safer, more environmentally friendly waste. It requires a process comparable to a standard septic tank, but there are some main differences.

Opting for Sewage Treatment System should be the first thought for anyone planning a new construction as they are the most cost-effective and safe way to deal with wastewater.

A Sewage Treatment Plant has various benefits: Know them here:

1. Reliable and unlikely to face issues with only periodic maintenance

2. It can be installed on some complex or compact sites

3. Over time, cost-effective, with only installation, power, and maintenance payable.

4. Wastewater treatment systems remove bacteria that cause illness and destroy harmful bacteria.

5. Current sewage systems emit minimal odors as opposed to previous systems.

6. They are much quicker than older systems capable of breaking down solids.

Not only are they ready and waiting to take your call and discuss your options and questions, but here at EP Kamat, they are also committed to ensuring that your sewage treatment is always effective.

Building materials have traditionally been made of wood, but this resource scarcity has caused major environmental problems, such as the rapid loss of forest cover. FRP (Fibre Reinforced Plastic) and GRP have undergone substantial R&D in the search for superior replacements (Glass Reinforced Polymers). They design, manufacture, supply, erect, and commission effluent treatment plants (ETPs) on a turnkey basis for diverse waste types and natures. The introduction of contaminating constituents during Process & Use, such as - Organic Wastes, Suspended Solids, Bacteria, Oil & Grease, Chemicals, Metals, Resins, Colorant, & Surfactants are Pollutants that are Commonly Call Effluent, degrade the quality of Water, Effluents which Helps in Removing Contaminations from Wastewater and Industrial Effluent, Water that is used by Industry. In order to eliminate physical, chemical, and biological contaminations, involves these processes. Its goal is to create a water waste stream that is safe for the environment. They do treatability studies using various techniques, analyze the effluent samples for various effluent characteristics based on nature and compositions, and then build treatment plans and procedures to fit the demand. They design, fabricate, supply, erect, and commission sewage treatment plants (STP) to handle sewage produced by industry, sizable settlements, hotels, hospitals, information technology parks, and commercial structures. Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) are now a legal necessity for all State Pollution Control Boards under new federal pollution control standards. Due to the high cost of land, hoteliers, industrialists, and residential complexes as well as institutions are searching for compact sewage treatment plants that are affordable, simple to install, and easy to operate.

They are one of the industry pioneers, providing tailored solutions based on the requirements of each segment.
