Summary

CEMEX's commitment to the UN SDGs was also highlighted in the signing of the collaboration agreement between the federal government of Mexico and the private sector, presented by the Business Coordinating Council, and the local Global Compact Network established in Mexico. The agreement was signed on Monday, May 27, 2019, and aimed to ensure that various companies, including small and medium-sized companies, will be part of this new vision for using the UN SDGs to align resources, transform who we are and how we do business and even how we positively impact people and the planet.
