To start its business, three ambitious, talented young man gathered together, aimed to build a successful business in Australia. Since all three founders have the experience to make certification exams and fully understand the hardness, in 2013, they formed the first CFA training institution in Australia, following with establishment of CPA faculty and other university courses in 2014.

In the beginning, Australasia Elite adopted the traditional teaching way. Occasionally, a student was also impressed by the quality of Australasia Elite's courses. However, he studied at Perth university and was not able to attend class in Perth. When he asked if he could purchase review materials, Australasia Elite realized it should expand business to the whole of Australia and even China. This is the original intention for online courses.
