Dr. Arena decided at an early age that he not only wanted to be a doctor, but one who helps you stay healthy so that you do not have to visit hospitals or doctor's offices. He obtained his doctor of chiropractic degree and became board certified in nutrition, physical therapy, and rehabilitation. He soon realized that his chiropractic knowledge is much more than relieving back pain or headaches. Instead, it is a comprehensive approach to ultimate health through eating well and living a healthy lifestyle. He felt inspired to truly treat diseases, as he specializes in gastrointestinal tract, spine, diabetes, heart and auto-immune diseases. Dr. Arena has a passion for teaching others to stay healthy and be free of diseases.
"I believe that real food is for health and synthetic medicine is for sickness," he said. "The Health Arena educates our community on what functional medicine truly is. It looks to find the root cause or mechanism involved with any loss of function, which ultimately reveals why a set of symptoms exists in the first place. I offer my patients a solution to their illness, not a pill. The Health Arena offers an educational approach and I believe that it is the mindset of the student that determines the effectiveness of his or her teacher."
When asked about the future, Dr. Arena stated, “In 10 years, the world will be healthier. People will have a true vision and be more health cautious. They will have gardens in front yards, and their carbon foot print will be more cautious. It will be the collapse of the medical paradigm. While traditional medicine covers systems," he noted, "the future is actual health care, getting people off of medications. Education centers will be teaching larger groups of consumers how to be healthy and to unlearn what they thought was true."
Dr. Arena offers affordable plans and programs that aid in chronic disease prevention and reversal through a properly functioning nervous system and gastrointestinal tract. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his work. After utilizing his services, many of his patients have noticed an enormous difference in both their appearance and health.
