Doing Good and Doing Well for Employees

We're intrigued by a story we read in B the Change Media's newsletter about Certified B Corp Rhino Foods in Vermont, USA. According to the newsletter, "Traditionally, business draws an imaginary line between an employee's work and life. Companies invest in job skills training, yet employee retention, absenteeism, and productivity are strongly influenced by life outside of work. At Rhino Foods, that gap is seen as a great opportunity to help its employees see how what they learn at work can have a positive change on their lives outside of work." A free eBook called The Rhino Way (http://media.bthechange.com/Rhino-Foods-eBook.zip) "serves as an introduction to the company challenging the way business' bottom line meets the larger needs of society." We'd love to see an AIM2Flourish students interview a Rhino Foods leader about their innovations for good.
