What happens if a student identifies a company that is an excellent, inspiring Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) enterprise

We encourage students to look deeper into companies that are exploring radical innovations, and find one initiative within the organization that is innovative, services a real need, and is profitable.

Ultimately, AIM2Flourish is mostly about exploration, discovery, and what happens on the journey when students have a close, personal experience with a business innovator.

Some professors are collecting the information about those other candidates, that don’t make the final list, but are still excellent corporations in their community. They can be future employers for the students, receive feedback as to why they didn’t make the cut and perhaps become motivated to improve, or make for good study cases.

In addition, the learning happens even in the task of contacting a company, how to present themselves, explain the purpose of the interview, write a clear communication, and practice having a conversation with executives.
