    Dear AIM2Flourish Distinguished Professors:

We love seeing crisp, colorful photos in your students' stories. Please review these guidelines to make the AIM2Flourish Story Review process quicker and easier for you. You can also find this information on the AIM2Flourish Story Submission Checklist on the AIM2Flourish Professor Resources page.

We are looking for the following required photos with each AIM2Flourish story. Students can take photos themselves or find them on the company’s website.

When you review a story, please make sure that all photos are clear (not grainy or pixelated) and in the correct orientation. If they aren't, you can return the story to the student and ask them to fix any issues. Your assistance will help us publish stories faster and more smoothly.

    1. Business logo
    2. Business cover photo (strong horizontal—like a Facebook cover photo)
    3. Story innovation photo (something that helps show what the story is about)
    4. Story innovation cover photo (strong horizontal—like a Facebook cover photo)

    Also important and highly encouraged:
    5. A photo of the student in his or her AIM2Flourish profile (each person on your team needs their own profile)
    6. A photo of the student (or students) with the person they interviewed

Videos are optional but encouraged. Students can use their smartphones to make a short video of the interview, or ask permission to use the company’s YouTube videos.

  • It was wonderful to see so many of our Professors at yesterday's July AIM2Flourish Faculty Fair calls, including colleagues from Chile, the Philippines, United States, Mexico, Scotland, the Netherlands, and Canada. Thanks as always to AIM2Flourish Global Academic Ambassador Isabel Rimanoczy for her gracious facilitation.

Our call brought together professors from four continents!

    July 13 AIM2Flourish Faculty Fair Wrap-up

David Cooperrider joined us on the 8am EDT call and shared his personal experiences and scholarship about what becomes possible when we ask inspiring, strengths-based questions that focus on what's best about an organization. Two of the books he recommended are Towards Transformation in Social Knowledge and Realities in Relationships, both by Ken Gergen.

One of our colleagues asked David how the AIM2Flourish experience has impacted his students. He said:

"Students are on fire and they love it. When they come back to the classroom, they form teams and build their vision of the organizations of the future. People need to see something to believe it, and I think they come away with that as part of the interview. They become what they are studying, developing a sense of noble purpose and that business is a noble profession."

    Next Month's AIM2Flourish Faculty Fairs - August 17
Please join us next month when our special guest speaker is Maria Emilia Correa, co-founder of Sistema B, the organization that is bringing the B Corps movement (and AIM2Flourish) to more of Latin America.

Bring your questions, share your ideas and challenges, and learn what's new and improved.
